Marshmallow Cream Fantasy Fudge

3 c. sugar
¾ c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar kraft marshmallow crème
1 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, and milk.
Bring to a rolling boil, stir constantly.
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add marshmallow crème, nuts, and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Cool.
