Layered Chocolate Dessert

MIX & PRESS INTO 9x13 PAN:
1 c. flour
½ c. butter
2 T. sugar
½ c. nuts

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.

MIX & SPREAD ON COOLED CRUST:
1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip

MIX & PUT ON TOP:
2 pkg instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk

Cover all with cool whip and nuts.

Absolute Best Ever!
