Carrot Bread

1 1/3 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. nuts (optional)

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs.
Put in dry ingredients.
Add carrots, raisins and nuts.
Put in greased 1-pound loaves.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
