Snickerdoodles

1 c. shortening
1 ½ c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt

Mix into dough.
Roll into small walnut sized balls.
Roll balls in 2 T. sugar & 2 T. cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
