3 c. Hot water
¾ c. Powdered Milk
¼ c. oil
¼ c. Potato Flakes
½ c. sugar
1 T. Salt
2 Heaping T. Yeast
Mix with a mixer. Switch to dough hooks
Add 5-6 c. whole wheat flour.
Add white flour until dough leaves the sides of the bowl.
Knead for 5 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Put flour on the counter.
Divide dough into thirds.
Spray bread tins.
Form dough into loaves.
Let rise for ½ hour.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
